SHIPPING POLICY - FOOD PRESERVE

1. General Provisions All shipments from Food Preserve ("the Store") are subject to the terms herein. By placing an order, the customer ("the Customer") acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these provisions.

2. Shipping Methods and Charges The Store employs various shipping carriers to facilitate delivery. The Customer is solely responsible for selecting the shipping method that best suits their needs. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable once paid, regardless of the order's outcome.

3. Delivery Timeframes Estimated delivery timeframes provided by the Store are approximations and do not constitute guarantees. The Store shall not be liable for delays resulting from unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, carrier delays, or any events outside the Store's control. The Customer assumes all risks associated with the delivery process.

4. Risk of Loss Upon the Store's transfer of the package to the carrier, the risk of loss or damage to the merchandise shall shift to the Customer. The Customer assumes full responsibility for any claims related to lost, stolen, or damaged items during transit.

5. Address Accuracy The Customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. The Store shall not be liable for any delays, non-delivery, or additional charges arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the Customer. The Customer is advised to review all shipping details prior to finalizing the order.

6. Return and Refund Policy All sales are final unless otherwise specified by the Store. Any return requests must comply with the Store's Return Policy, and any shipping costs associated with returns shall be borne solely by the Customer.

7. Indemnification The Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Food Preserve, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of or related to the Customer's order, shipping choices, or failure to adhere to these terms.

8. Amendments The Store reserves the right to amend this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Store constitutes acceptance of any such changes.
